Khatri Samaj: Women celebrated Fagotsav, played Holi with flowers, recited bhajans

Radha-Krishna enthralled everyone in the form of Gop-Gopis, prizes were given to the winners

Fagotsav was celebrated by Shri Brahmakshatriya Khatri Samaj Jaisalmer Mahila Mandal on Tuesday at Hinglaj Bhawan, Gandhi Colony, regarding the Fagotsav starting before the auspicious festival of Holi.

Like every year, this year also Fagotsav was organized. In this, charming tableaux of Lord Krishna were prepared, which were decorated with beautiful costumes and balloons. First satsang was organized, in which a large number of women sang bhajans of God, Holi was played with flowers after the satsang. In this, flowers were first offered to God and Gulal was applied. Then all the women played Holi with each other with gulal and flowers. This gave a unique example of mutual love and sociability. Many little children dressed up as Radha Krishna. The form of Radha Krishna, Gop Gopiyan enthralled everyone and Fagotsav games were also organized by women, in which first, second, third winners and children were rewarded.

Mahila Mandal President Usha Anil Bhoot said that our festivals and culture do the work of connecting everyone in India with unity, which is not found in other countries of the world. At present, the festival of Holi has become a symbol of social harmony. In this Phagotsav event, the mother power of the society, women, Mahila Mandal office bearers, members, workers, children took active part. Now the chairman expressed gratitude to the visitors for making the program successful.
