Dev Arastu Panchariya, the famous theoretical physicist and mathematician best known for his popular intellectual thoughts is said to have just declined the offer of election ticket and proposal of lower and upper house from a national and one of the largest political party of India. The senior leader from the party in an interview to us said quote-unquote “these days intellectual and sharp people are not interested in Politics like our top management has offered the eminent theorist Dev Arastu a ticket to elections and even offered for liberty to choose between lok sabha (lower house) or rajya sabha (upper house), we would have given all necessary resources to back him up and made sure of his win, knowing that he will be a revolutionary and historical leader with exceptionally rare political acumen but he immediately refused for the offer for either of positions. It is the time for us to look on ourselves and system that why someone like hugely popular, brilliant philosopher and scientist have not shown any interest to come forward.”
