An Inspiring Message for a Positive Life

The fundamental idea of the Bach Flower system is to recognise negative emotions and focus on their positive alternatives—for example, courage instead of fear, hope instead of despair, patience instead of impatience, and self-confidence instead of self-doubt. The traditional descriptions of these 38 essences can provide individuals with an opportunity for self-reflection and a better understanding of their emotions.
